To be eligible to be rated using the tool, projects meet the basic standards by being approved by regulators. This includes the Building Code, Zoning Regulations, Development Control Guidelines and Frameworks such as the AAK Healthy Homes Guidelines Checklist and the Integrated & Inclusive Infrastructure Framework (3IF)

Green Buildings Are Classified Based On This Scoring System:
All buildings that adhere to the requirements implied in this rating tool shall be eligible for green building certification at the classification of Class A, Class B, Class C or Class D.
